Refunds are only considered under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

a. If a product is faulty and the invoice is 5 days old or less, and we are unable to provide a working replacement, you may be eligible for a refund.

b. Invoices older than 5 days are not eligible for refunds.

c. If you have received at least one working replacement, the order becomes ineligible for a refund regardless of invoice age.

Refund Methods

d. Refunds for PayPal Goods & Services payments will be processed through PayPal within 48 business hours of approval.

e. Refunds for PayPal Friends & Family payments will be issued as store credit.

f. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued as store credit.
