Please read this before buying! Not everyone encountered this problem , some people worked for them from the first try , others did encounter retried and it worked!

Regarding ChatGPT payment, you need a credit card / debit card not VCC for a better success rate. For a much better success rate , you should try with your cards starting from 00:01 local time , this is the best time to do it. Even if it fails 5 time (using different cards) , it will work after retries.

Common errors :

"Payment not approved" : your card country is not matching your IP. Your address is wrong or name of your card is wrong.

"Your card has been declined" : your card works you need to retry few times like I have said above. Or try the next day at the same time I have talked about it will work !

However if Stripe returns hard decline ( like stolen_card, incorrect_number, highest_risk_level) that means your using a burned VCC and it won't work so change the card
