I purchased the 3-month Apple TV+ private account, but I'm unable to log in because it asks for a code that they didn't provide. Terrible customer service. I feel like I've wasted my money. First and last purchase with this site. I do not recommend it.

Hi, the first time I used this was fine but I’ve come to log in again and it says ‘too many attempts used to log in, please try again later’?? Can you resolve the issue please as I haven’t used the account for two weeks..

Response from support for this product is delayed.

1 out of 2 of the first accounts did not work. Took a few days to actually get a replacement. If it works from the beginning, you're all set. If there is any issue on their end, it will take a good bit of back and forth to get it resolved.

I never received email with codes purchased

One has no subscription left on it and the other doesn’t have a correct password. I’m sure this will be fixed though I know shit happens

this product info does not work and the Receipt you sent me is outdated as it says the next bill is due on the 20th 11th month of this year so that Bill was already do last month and it looks like it wasn't paid because I cannot login with that information
